The purpose of a "deep dive" is to enable me to know everything I can about the business AND people behind the business. This can be over a coffee, a Zoom meeting or even during the working day. My "deep dive" with Royal Harbour Brasserie head chef and owner Adrian Mowl in fact, took place in the kitchen in the middle a busy service!
